SHIPPING
All orders are lovingly packed by our small family business and shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW. Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.



Please note that online orders are not processed on weekends, and dispatch times may be slightly longer during busy seasons such as sales, restocks, or Christmas. If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock. If you prefer your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place separate orders.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our family to yours.

Standard shipping: $12.50 Flat Rate ~ FREE Shipping on orders over $150 ~ 3-8 business days
Express shipping: $16 Flat Rate ~ FREE Shipping on orders over $250 ~ 1-4 business days

At this time, we ship within Australia only.

RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. We’re always happy to arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
All returned items are reviewed upon receipt to ensure everything is processed smoothly.
